    Due to the immediate access to course materials and community, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to review the program details thoroughly before purchasing, and reach out if you have any questions—we’re here to help you make an informed choice.

    For the Ignite Membership (with private coaching):
    We offer a 7-day grace period from your purchase date. If you haven’t scheduled any 1:1 sessions or accessed the community or bonuses, you may request a full refund within this window. After that, no refunds will be granted. This policy ensures we can respect Shawna’s time and the limited spots available for deeper support.
